Structure of the management committees of the AFI-MAC proejct

AFI-MAC was a 2-years project structured in 3 committees:

Management,
Technical,
Dissemination and exploitation.

Schedule and phases of the AFI-MAC project

Tasks have been distributed in 5 work packages:

Project management and animation
Training development
Training test phase
Dissemination
Marketing and exploitation.

Exploitation of the training and support solution by AFI-MAC started after the end of project (from the 1st January 2008 on). Prior delivery was mainly achieved on a pilot phase to finalise the packaging and modularity of the AFI-MAC solution first.
